Our housing workers help homeless or marginally-housed people identify and secure housing. We work closely with a group of landlords to make affordable units available for our participants.
As a part of the process, we help people in their housing search by calling and meeting with prospective landlords and teaching participants of their rights as tenants. This vital support helps participants understand the questions that landlords can ask, and learn the roles and expectations of a good landlord/tenant relationship.
We also provide assitance with applications for housing programs, such as supportive housing and Housing Connections.
