Some people need extra support after they've found housing to successfully keep their home. Our Housing Support team helps connect participants with other services and also keeps in contact with the participants as a safeguard, even after housing has been found. Support may involve short-term transitional supports to help people learn about their new community, or longer term "check ins" to prevent possible problems before they occur.
