Individual Training

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic all our in-person course offerings are postponed. When we receive notifications from the Canadian Government health agencies, we will resume our in-person training following the guidelines that are recommended.

We are working on switching our individual training offerings to an online platform. Our website will be updated as the new dates become available. You can also join our mailing list for updates.

Our courses are ideal for anyone who wants to learn to effectively resolve professional or personal conflict. All of our workshops are participatory combining group discussion, exercises, role playing, and minimal lecturing.

A leader in conflict resolution, St. Stephen's Conflict Resolution & Training has been providing alternative dispute resolution services and training since 1985. When conflict is unmanaged it can increase stress, strain relationships, lower morale, and decrease productivity. Our workshops are ideal for anyone who wants to learn how to mediate and effectively resolve interpersonal conflicts, whether they are in the workplace or in personal settings.

All of our workshops are participatory in style; they combine group discussion, exercises, minimal lecturing, and rely heavily on role playing.

Our workshop trainers have vast experience and come from a wide variety of backgrounds.

We provide group discounts and a sliding price scale for individuals and/or organizations with limited budgets.

As a non-profit organization, proceeds from our workshops help to fund our free community mediation program.
