When mediation is not possible, we can provide conflict management coaching to selected parties to help them manage their situations. Coaching is very useful for supervisors, managers, board members and others whose job it is to support others in their work.
Coaching can help people develop and apply effective communication and conflict resolution skills themselves to address concerns with others or to prepare for difficult conversations.
