Informal Investigations

Complaints, rumours, and incidents in the workplace need to be addressed appropriately. Depending on the circumstances, frequency and/or severity of the issue(s) using a neutral third party in an informal investigation may be able to provide the necessary information to provide a resolution. Our process includes a discussion with the client, confidential one on one interview with the parties involved, review of materials (policy, code of conduct) and a report with recommended next steps, often including the training, coaching, or mediation services we offer. If required a report of outcomes can be provided.
